Citizen Jane: Battle for the City

Film Screening + Panel

Join us for a free screening of the just-released film “Citizen Jane: Battle for the City” followed by a panel discussion.

Our Public Programs Manager, Sue Mobley, will be part of a panel discussion after the screening, along with Bryan Lee (Founder/Director at Colloqate Design), and Martin C. Pedersen (Writer, Editor and Executive Director of the Common Edge Collaboration). The panel will be moderated by Melissa S. Lee (Senior Advisor for Commercial Revitalization at the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority).

This screening and panel is part of the Jane Jacobs Walk Along the Boulevard, an event celebrating the work and legacy of the famed American urbanist and author, Jane Jacobs. These events were a collaboration between the Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard Merchants and Business Association / Cultural District / Main Street; New Orleans Redevelopment Authority; Ashé Cultural Arts Center; Concordia Architecture, Planning, and Community Engagement; Clio Associates; and The Urban Conservancy.
