Red Beans Roundtable

Please join us this Monday for the pilot of Small Center’s Red Beans Roundtable discussion series.

The Van Alan Institute and NORA’s Future Ground Competition teams are coming back to TCC with an open house May 5th. To build on that, we’ve asked some great speakers to come share their perspectives on vacant land use as practitioners and scholars: Nicole Barnes, Eugene Cizek,Jerry Graves, Monica Guerra, and Marla Nelson.

Red Beans Roundtables are casual conversations. Small Center provides red beans and rice from Café Reconcile and great panels of speakers who have unique insights into the big issues facing New Orleans. We ask our panelists and all participants to bring their questions, expertise, and appetites to Small Center so we can all learn and teach together.
