Final Review – Big Class Writers’ Room

Our design/build project for this spring semester, the Big Class Writers’ Room, officially drew to a close today with a final review of the project by Emily Baker, Doug Keller, Charles Jones, Kentaro Tsubaki, Ashley Teamer, and Kristen Zeiber. We’re grateful to each of the reviewers for their insightful questions and ideas about other possible design solutions.  Come on out next Thursday, to Sylvanie Williams College Prep to celebrate the finished project!

The Writers’ Room was designed and built through the collaboration of Big Class, Sylvanie Williams College Prep, and Tulane School of Architecture Students. The project was led by Emilie Taylor Welty, with Sue Mobley’s help as engagement advisor, and with the support of Johnson Controls, Inc.
